    • In the course orientation, you will become familiar with the course, your classmates, and our learning environment. The orientation will also help you obtain the technical skills required for the course. The second part of this module provides an introduction to alternative investments, introduces foundational tax concepts and provides insight to the regulatory framework governing these practices.
  • Module 2 | Alternative Investments: Types and Considerations
    • In this module you will explore various types of alternative investments and considers other relevant factors.
  • Module 3 | Real Estate Alternative Investment Tax Strategies
    • In this module you will dive into real estate investments and their related tax considerations and strategic approaches.
  • Module 4 | Advanced Topics in Alternative Investment Taxation & Course Conclusion
    • In this module you will investigate alternative investment tax considerations. At the conclusion of this module, you will be ready to complete the final assessment for the course and earn your Coursera certificate!
