In this live, interactive virtual event, your group will taste and evaluate different coffee types side by side using a process called cupping.Â
Cupping is used by green buyers to choose which coffee varieties to purchase, by roasters to help guide their roast profiles, and by baristas to know how best to brew and serve coffee in the cafe. It's also a wonderful educational tool for coffee enthusiasts to taste a variety of coffee in a controlled environment.
