Solar panels installations are becoming more and more popular since 2010. Thousands of home and commercial owners are looking for independent solar installers, and solar companies are hiring solar installers due to their rapid growth of work load. By 2020, all new construction must have solar as an alternate power supply.This course will offer basic education to work in the solar industry. For the motivated participants, free hands-on, roof-top solar training through a volunteer organization will be offered after the completion of this course.Great for students, engineers, home and business owners, contractors, electricians, Info-tech personnel, and those who want to change carrier to renewable energy.Please read:California Department of Public Health Guidelines on safe returns to in-person instruction will be followed, including proper masking and enforcing physical distance.
