Portuguese Fast Track (Live Online)

Você fala espanhol?Our Fast Track Brazilian Portuguese Classes meet online once a week for 90 minutes, in small classes with a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 7.Our Fast Track Brazilian Portuguese class is designed for students who are native or fluent Spanish speakers but have little to no prior background in Portuguese. Students fluent in French or Italian may also be interested in this course.These classes build upon the similarities between the two languages to move at an accelerated pace. Over the course of 8 weeks, you can expect to learn basic vocabulary and conversational topics, practice Portuguese pronunciation, and form sentences using the present and past tenses.At the end of 8 weeks, a Level II Portuguese class will be formed if there is enough student interest in continuing.You will receive an electronic copy of the textbook before your first class.
