The first step in creating effective designs is to understand people. In this course, you will dive into generative user research that aid the beginning stages of the development of product and design.



### Take-Away Skills

You'll learn how to plan user research and conduct user interviews, user surveys, and card sorting. After conducting user research, you'll analyze quantitative and qualitative data from the research and create affinity mappings and persons. Finally, you'll create a research report to share findings with your colleagues and stakeholders.
