Limitation on Enrollment: Consent of instructor is required prior to registration. Supervised work experience in a hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen. Includes front office, housekeeping, marketing and kitchen experience. Student will spend a minimum of 60 hours (if unpaid) or 75 hours (if paid) on the work site.
