Topics include legal and ethical responsibilities, supervision techniques, professional development, goal-setting, team-building, assessment, record keeping, and reflective practices for a diverse and inclusive early care and education program. Meets the requirements for three units in Program Administration for Social Services Licensing and three of the required six units for the Site Supervisor level of the California Child Development Permit.
