AWS Transfer Family provides fully managed, secure support for file transfers directly into and out of Amazon S3 with support for Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), File Transfer Protocol over SSL (FTPS), and File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The AWS Transfer Family expands the options available to seamlessly migrate your file transfer workflows to AWS by integrating with existing clients, authentication systems, and scripts.
This course teaches you about the AWS Transfer Family service. You learn what the service is and how it works. The benefits of using this service are explained so that you can determine why you should use it. You are provided with a high-level view of the architecture of AWS Transfer Family using the SFTP protocol so that you can understand how to access it on premises, and how your data is stored in AWS. There are also several brief demos that show you how to set up and access the service using the AWS Management Console.A “What’s new” section has been added to this course to provide you with the latest information about AWS Transfer Family.
