Overview

With Amazon Braket, customers can test and evaluate a range of quantum computers and research quantum algorithms. This course focuses on the skills needed to use Braket and builds on the Amazon Braket Getting Started course.

In this course, you will learn how to use Braket to run programs on quantum processing units (QPUs). You will explore advanced service features, such as cost tracking and Amazon Braket Hybrid Jobs. Through demos and exercises, you will also learn about the features, functionality, and applications of Braket.

Course objectives

In this course, you will learn how to

‐      Describe Braket, including key concepts, use cases, and features.

‐      Create and run quantum tasks and hybrid jobs on QPUs and simulators.

‐      Use Braket from both the AWS Management Console and the Amazon Braket Python SDK.

‐      Understand how and when to use key features of Braket, such as Amazon Hybrid Jobs and Braket Pulse.

‐      Explore the Braket pricing scheme and tools for estimating and tracking costs.
