Cultural Intelligence: Join our New Expert-Led Cohort (Starts Jan 17)

Learn how to become a better leader in an ever-changing world, meeting weekly with organizational psychologist Simon Büschges.

We live in a truly interconnected world. You’re likely to have colleagues and clients from different countries and cultures. In this Cohort, you’ll learn how to develop your cultural intelligence and sensitivity — that is, how to become a better leader by understanding the cultural backgrounds, beliefs and attitudes of the people around you. Enroll here!

The Cohort will be led by Simon Büschges. @simonb loves working and learning in culturally diverse groups. Originally from Germany, he lived in the U.S. during his childhood and completed a master’s in Work & Organizational Psychology in the Netherlands. Currently, he studies at Peking University in China while working in HR for an international consultancy firm.

Your Cohort instructor: Work and organizational psychologist Simon Büschges

The Cohort will be structured around the online course Cultural intelligence: Become a global citizen offered by Macquarie University on Coursera. It will be three weeks long, and every Wednesday, we’ll meet with Simon for an hour-long Zoom session to talk about the course concepts, consolidate our learning, and ask questions.

The Cohort starts on January 17. It’s free and open to everyone. Enroll here!

Cohorts

This experience will be powered by Class Central Cohorts, our social learning platform for open courses. There are more Cohorts starting in Spring 2022, including two bootcamps that you can see below, and thousands of your peers have already enrolled. You can find all the Cohorts here. Come learn with us!
